Local Government in facing the next round of far-reaching cost savings over the next three to five years in addition to radical new ways of working under devolution proposals. This agenda will fundamentally re-shape Local Government requiring unprecedented change and transformation across the sector in addition to acceleration of partnership working with other Government organisations.

Much has been achieved in recent years across the sector; innovation has become the norm, costs are significantly reduced and radical new ways of working have been embedded. However this will not be enough to meet the challenge ahead. How ready is your organization?

We would like to invite you a leader of change and transformation across local government to join this special Westco Breakfast event on 8th July to explore the current state of the sector and gain an understanding of the challenges and opportunities being faced by Heads of Change and Transformation.

The results of the recent Insights survey of Heads of Change and Transformation will be presented and there will be opportunity to consider and discuss the insights. In addition, you will get the opportunity to network with colleagues across Government. The event will also explore how we can meet the challenges ahead as a community.
